We build a trusting, positive working relationship with each of our customers.

We build many homes for customers who are involved in the building process for the first time. In addition, many of our customers are from out of the area. To ease your anxiety we will communicate with you by phone and e mail and will send photos of each step of the construction process. Whether you are present or not, we will always look out for your best interests.

With over 40 years of experience in building finely crafted homes, you can be confident we will make sure every detail is addressed from start to finish. For example, we use the same construction crews for each signature home we build. This ensures that a consistent level of excellence is maintained.

We at Justus Builders stand behind our work and maintain a great reputation within the community. We have built over 65 signature homes on Lake Greenwood and in and around the surrounding towns on Ninety Six and Greenwood, South Carolina. In addition, we have built more individually-designed custom homes in the Grand Harbor properties than any other builder.
